Pat Almenrode is a practicing attorney who volunteers with 350NYC. He has helped organize and carry out marches, trained activists to participate in civil disobedience action against the Keystone XL pipeline, and authored a brief against the pipeline that was submitted to the US State Department. Most Recently, Pat has been helping to organize the Interfaith Contingent for the People’s Climate March.

His address provided an overview of the causes and effects of climate change, religious and ethical responses to climate change, the United Nations and climate change initiatives, and information about the People’s Climate March.
