A hot dog or hamburger, topped with ketchup, on a white bread bun, with chips on the side, and washed down with a carbonated cola: every part of this tempting meal has been known to be “bad for you.”In this season of outdoor cooking and dining – or in any season, for that matter – do we have an ethical responsibility to prepare and serve to our families and guests more healthful food options?
