Public education funding is on the chopping block and affirmative action is over. What does this mean for equal access to opportunity in America, especially in an information economy where higher skills are more important than ever? Over 25 years, Let’s Get Ready has been engaging the power of college students and has helped more than 60,000 younger, low-income and first- generation students get into and graduate from college and vocational programs. Come learn about efforts, public and private to make America a land of opportunity for all.

Eugenie Rosenthal founded Let’s Get Ready as a 19-year old college student. She will be joined by LGR’s current CEO Lena Eberhart who has a deep background in high school guidance in under-invested communities.
