Ethical Humanist communities are working to make an ethical world a real possibility by exploring ways to answer the question, “How are we to live so that by our actions we help create and sustain a better world.” This idealistic and progressive project is what we stand for and the great challenge is to bring this idealism to bear in the here and now. We are, hopefully, helped along by what may be considered the Golden Rule for Ethical Humanism, the call to “act so as to bring out the best of others and in ourselves.” In this talk, WCEC’s clergy leader, Bart Worden, will speak about ways we might apply the motto in our lives.
This is a hybrid meeting.
