Luis Carlos Montalván, decorated Iraq war veteran, is the author of “Until Tuesday: A Wounded Warrior and the Golden Retriever Who Saved Him”. Captain Montalván is a vocal public advocate on issues involving veterans, their families, and Americans with disabilities. This is bound to be a moving and memorable address!
